Our 50mm Leistritz co-rotating twin screw extruder and our 58 mm co-rotating Lantai twin screw extruder are used predominantly for the commercial plastic processing of plastic compounds that have been engineered to meet the exacting needs of our customers. Each twin screw extruder is fully equipped with various auxiliary plastic extrusion equipment to achieve specific customer needs ranging from reactive plastic extrusion to in-line foamed plastic processing to traditional filled plastic extrusion. All of our plastic processing equipment are operated by our trained and experienced operators who possess an in-depth knowledge of plastic extrusion, process development and twin screw extruders. All of our twin screw plastic extrusion equipment can be made available for specific plastic extrusion trials or commercial production.
Our 26mm LabTech co-rotating twin screw laboratory extruder and our Leistritz 27mm co- and counter-rotating twin screw laboratory extruder are typically used for research and small scale plastic extrusion production. Each twin screw laboratory extruder is outfitted with a broad range of plastic extrusion equipment to make it fully capable for plastic compound and plastic extrusion process development. Like our larger plastic extrusion equipment, each twin screw laboratory extruder is operated by our trained and experienced twin screw laboratory extruder operators who possess an in-depth knowledge of plastic extrusion, plastic extrusion equipment, process development and twin screw extruders.
Our 38mm Lantai co-rotating twin screw extruder completes our suite of twin screw extruders and can be used for pilot scale plastic processing production or plastic extrusion process development and scale-up work.
